Mobile App Terms

Applicable NexSara Entity

If you use NexSara in India, the applicable NexSara entity is Fiidus Solutions Private Limited, which operates the NexSara platform and brand in India.

For users outside India, unless otherwise stated, the applicable NexSara entity is NexSara LLC.

1. Application Access

NexSara may provide mobile applications through:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
• Other mobile distribution platforms

Use of the NexSara mobile application is subject to the NexSara Terms of Service.

2. App Store Compliance

Users acknowledge that:

• Apple and Google are not responsible for the NexSara application
• NexSara is solely responsible for application functionality and support

App store providers may enforce their own usage policies.

2.1 Third-Party App Stores

Users acknowledge that Apple, Google, and other application distribution providers are third-party platforms and are not parties to these Mobile App Terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NexSara—not the applicable app store provider—is responsible for the NexSara application and related support, maintenance, and functionality.

This is common App Store language.

3. Device Permissions

Providers and users may grant access to device features including:

• Push notifications;
• Camera and photo library access;
• Location services and geolocation data;
• Files, documents, or media uploads;
• Biometric authentication features supported by the device; and
• Other permissions necessary to enable platform functionality.

Users may manage or revoke permissions through their device settings at any time. Certain features may not function properly if required permissions are disabled.

3.1 Push Notifications

NexSara may send push notifications relating to:

• Account activity;
• Service inquiries;
• Booking or scheduling updates;
• Verification requests;
• Security alerts;
• Subscription and billing notifications; and
• Other platform-related communications.

Users may manage notification preferences through application settings or device controls.

4. Updates

NexSara may release updates to improve performance, security, or features.

Users may be required to install updates to continue using certain features.

NexSara may implement mandatory updates, security patches, bug fixes, or compatibility updates that are required for continued use of certain application features.

5. Mobile Service Availability

NexSara does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuous availability of mobile application services and may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict features at any time.

6. Relationship to Other Policies

These Mobile App Terms should be read together with the NexSara Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, which govern the use of the NexSara platform.

In the event of any conflict between these Mobile App Terms and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall govern.
