Applicable NexSara Entity

If you use NexSara in India, the applicable NexSara entity is Fiidus Solutions Private Limited, which operates the NexSara platform and brand in India.

For users outside India, unless otherwise stated, the applicable NexSara entity is NexSara LLC.

1. Introduction

NexSara (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a digital services marketplace connecting customers with independent service professionals across multiple jurisdictions. The applicable NexSara entity for your market is identified below.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, process, store, and protect personal information when you:

  • Visit our website;
  • Create or use a NexSara account;
  • Register as a service provider;
  • Engage in marketplace communications;
  • Submit verification documentation;
  • Interact with our support or marketing communications; or
  • Otherwise use our digital services.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Customers (individuals seeking services); and
  • Service Providers (independent professionals or businesses offering services).

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “ personal information ” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual. It does not include information that has been anonymized or de-identified such that it cannot reasonably identify a person.

2. Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information from:

  • Directly from you, such as when you register an account, submit verification documents, communicate with us, or use the platform;
  • Automatically through your use of the platform, including cookies, device data, and usage analytics;
  • From service providers acting on our behalf, such as hosting or analytics providers;

3. Our Role

NexSara operates as an independent digital marketplace platform.

  • For Customers, NexSara acts as a data controller with respect to account data and platform interactions.
  • For Service Providers, NexSara acts as a data controller for onboarding, verification, compliance, and platform management data.
  • NexSara facilitates communication between customers and providers but is not a party to independent service agreements between them.

Service providers operate independently and are responsible for their own data practices outside the NexSara platform.

4.1 Information Provided by Customers

We may collect:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Location (city, state, country)
  • Account login credentials
  • Service preferences and search activity
  • Inquiry or quote request information
  • Communications submitted through the platform
  • Customer support interactions

4.2 Information Provided by Service Providers

During registration, onboarding, and verification, we may collect:

  • Full legal name
  • Business name and registration details
  • Government-issued identification
  • Professional licenses or certifications
  • Tax identification numbers (where applicable)
  • Business registration documents
  • Proof of address
  • Portfolio content and work samples
  • Contact information
  • Profile content
  • Future payout or banking information (if payment functionality is introduced)
  • Subscription and billing information associated with paid platform plans or services.

Verification documentation may include sensitive identification data and is processed solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance, and marketplace integrity.

Verification documents are not publicly displayed and are access-restricted.

When users access our platform, we may automatically collect:

  • Facilitate connections between customers and providers

  • Conduct service provider identity verification

  • Improve platform functionality and user experience
  • Enforce our Terms of Service
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
  • Conduct internal analytics and service improvements
  • Detect and investigate suspicious activity, fraud, abuse, or violations of platform policies
  • Process subscription purchases, billing activities, payment verification, fraud prevention, account management, and related platform services.

NexSara does not sell personal information in exchange for monetary consideration.

5.1 Phone Verification & Messaging Communications

NexSara may use your phone number to send transactional communications related to your account and use of the platform.

These communications may include:

  • One-time verification codes (OTP) used to confirm your phone number
  • Security authentication messages
  • Account access verification messages
  • Service-related notifications related to your NexSara account

Verification codes may be delivered through messaging channels including SMS (text message), WhatsApp, or other messaging services supported by NexSara.

NexSara uses trusted third-party messaging providers to deliver these communications. These providers process limited contact information solely for the purpose of delivering verification, security, and service-related messages on NexSara’s behalf.

These transactional messages are necessary to operate and secure your NexSara account and are not marketing communications.

Where permitted by applicable law and where users provide consent, NexSara may also send promotional or informational communications, including platform updates, service offerings, or marketplace announcements.

Users may opt out of promotional communications at any time through available account settings or by following instructions included in the message where applicable.

Standard messaging or data charges from your mobile carrier or messaging provider may apply.

Users may update their phone number through their account settings or through account verification processes.

6. Provider Verification & Sensitive Data

To maintain marketplace trust and safety standards, NexSara conducts provider verification processes.

Verification information is used solely to:

  • Confirm identity
  • Validate professional eligibility
  • Reduce fraud and impersonation
  • Maintain platform integrity

Verification documentation:

  • Is access-restricted
  • Is stored securely
  • Is retained only as necessary
  • Is not publicly disclosed without authorization

7.1 Between Customers and Providers

To facilitate service interactions, we may share:

  • Contact information
  • Inquiry details
  • Booking-related information

Such sharing is limited to what is reasonably necessary to facilitate the service relationship.

We engage third-party service providers, including:

  • Platform infrastructure and hosting services;
  • Cloud application and database hosting;
  • Content delivery and network security services;
  • Identity verification and fraud prevention services;
  • Analytics and performance monitoring;

  • Email delivery and communication services;
  • SMS, WhatsApp, and other messaging services used to deliver verification codes, security notifications, and platform-related communications;
  • Payment processing, billing, subscription management, and related financial services;
  • Artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, search, recommendation, and customer support technologies;
  • Security monitoring, logging, auditing, and compliance services.

These providers process personal information only as necessary to provide services to NexSara, support Platform functionality, comply with legal obligations, or protect the security and integrity of the Platform. Where appropriate, such providers are contractually required to implement reasonable safeguards and security measures.

Certain communications, including phone verification codes and service-related notifications, may be delivered through trusted third-party messaging providers that support SMS, WhatsApp, or other messaging channels. These providers process limited contact information solely for the purpose of delivering messages on NexSara's behalf and are required to protect personal information and use it only for authorized service delivery.

NexSara may use artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies provided by trusted service providers to assist with customer support, platform search, content processing, fraud detection, service recommendations, and other platform functionality.

7.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable confidentiality and legal safeguards.

We may disclose personal information:

  • To protect the rights, safety, and property of NexSara or users;

NexSara may use trusted third-party payment processors, payment gateways, fraud prevention providers, and financial service providers to facilitate subscription payments and other platform-related transactions.

These providers may receive limited personal information necessary to process payments, verify transactions, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and provide related services.

NexSara does not store complete payment card numbers and relies on third-party payment providers for secure payment processing where applicable.

NexSara LLC is headquartered in the United States.

Personal information is primarily processed and stored in U.S.-based data centers. If you access our services from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Where required under applicable data protection laws, NexSara implements appropriate safeguards to facilitate lawful cross-border data transfers, which may include recognized contractual transfer mechanisms.

NexSara does not maintain a physical establishment within the European Union or United Kingdom.

10. Data Storage & Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including:

  • Role-based access controls
  • Secure hosting infrastructure
  • Encryption where appropriate
  • Monitoring and logging systems
  • Fraud detection controls

Despite our efforts, no digital transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts. NexSara recommends using strong passwords and safeguarding account access information.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Maintain marketplace integrity;
  • Prevent fraud;

Billing, subscription, verification, fraud prevention, compliance, and transaction-related records may be retained for longer periods where reasonably necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, audit, regulatory, security, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business obligations.

Verification documentation may be retained for compliance, identity verification, fraud prevention, security, and marketplace integrity purposes consistent with applicable laws.

14. Provider-Specific Privacy Terms

Service Providers acknowledge:

  • Certain profile information may be publicly visible.
  • Verification documents remain confidential.
  • Customer data shared for service purposes must be used only for legitimate communications related to services.

Misuse of customer data may result in suspension or termination.

NexSara is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

16. International Marketplace Operations

NexSara supports service providers in:

United States, India, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, South Africa, and Singapore.

Customers may access the platform globally.

Services are operated from the United States and governed by applicable U.S. law unless otherwise required by local regulations.

17. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updates will be reflected by revising the “Last Updated” date.

This Privacy Policy should be read together with the NexSara Terms of Service, Payment Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Service Provider Agreement, and any other applicable platform terms.

Google Maps and Location Services

When you use Book a Ride, NexSara uses Google Maps Platform for address search, map display, route previews, routing, distance, and duration. We send Google only the minimum location information required for those functions, such as Google Place IDs and route coordinates or waypoints.

NexSara does not add your name, email address, phone number, NexSara customer ID, service-request ID, provider ID, message content, or NexSara analytics identifiers to Google Maps requests.

Google processes this information under the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps Platform Terms of Service.
