In cases involving suspected unlawful activity, fraud, security threats, or other serious misconduct, NexSara may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or other appropriate parties as permitted or required by applicable law.
NexSara reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether platform policies have been violated and what enforcement action is appropriate.
Not all reports will result in enforcement action.
Users may contact NexSara to request review of certain enforcement decisions, but NexSara is not obligated to reverse or modify any action taken to protect the Platform or its users.
NexSara operates as a digital marketplace connecting independent Customers and Service Providers.
NexSara is not a party to service agreements between users.
While NexSara may review complaints related to platform policy violations, NexSara does not act as an arbitrator, mediator, collection agency, legal representative, or insurer for any party and may decline to mediate or become involved in private contractual disputes between users.
NexSara will review complaints in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
However, NexSara cannot guarantee that all reports will remain confidential where disclosure is necessary to investigate the matter or comply with legal obligations.
NexSara may share relevant information with involved parties, service providers, legal advisors, law enforcement agencies, regulators, or other third parties where reasonably necessary to investigate reports, enforce platform policies, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.
Submitting knowingly false or malicious reports may itself constitute a violation of NexSara platform policies and may result in enforcement action.
